Per our National Constitution, Article III Section A4: Any alumnae member who is eligible and in good standing must submit her declaration of candidacy and state her objectives to the Executive Director sixty (60) days prior to the National Convention at which members of the Board of Directors are to be elected

Letters of Intent should include a statement describing yourself, your interest in becoming a member of the Board of Directors as well as a description of your skill set and any professional training.

Letters of Intent must be postmarked or emailed no later than February 3, 2009. Letters of Intent can be emailed to Alysia Rourke, Executive Director at alysia@kappadeltaphinas.org or sent via USPS to:

In order to provide our membership with access and information on the candidates, PDF copies of all Letters of Intent will be made available to undergraduate chapter members via the private login in portion of our national website by February 9, 2009. Also, candidates will be asked to supply an email address for the membership to contact them directly in order to ask questions regarding their candidacy.

Any alumna (or graduating senior) wishing to run for a voting position will need to be able to attend Convention 2009 (Attitash Grand Summit Hotel Bartlett, NH) on April 4, 2009 where they will be required to give a speech. Upon the completion of all candidate speeches, the Board of Representatives will vote to elect the members to fill the open voting positions.

Board members are elected for terms of 2 years, commencing in June of the same year of National Convention.
