KAI Chapter Remembers Sister Emily Norman

On April 18, the sisters of KAI planted and dedicated a dogwood tree to honor the memory of Emily Norman. The tree was planted in the Shippensburg Veterans Memorial Park. A sister’s father, Rev. Mike Miller spoke and led a prayer. Emily’s Big Sister, Sarah Hauser and Little Sister, Casey Kelly pinned Emily’s mother and sister with the jeweled badges. In attendance at the event were many members of the community and greek life at Shippensburg as well as members of the executive board. Emily passed away on April 2, 2008.
