Two Kappa Chi Chapter Sisters Inducted Into Order of Omega
Order of Omega Inductees - Southern New Hampshire University
Kappa Delta Phi National Affiliated Sorority extends its sincere congratulations to Bettina Gay and Shannon O’Brien of Kappa Chi Chapter for their induction as inaugural members of Southern New Hampshire University’s Phi Omega chapter of The Order of Omega. Bettina and Shannon shared the stage with nine other inductees, including three members of Kappa Delta Phi Fraternity’s Chi Chapter: George Theodorou, Joshua Gomez and Dimitri Petrosian.
We are very proud of the accomplishment of this year’s inductees and commend them for striving to uphold the ideals as symbolized by Kappa Delta and Phi.
The Order of Omega is a Greek academic honor society that recognizes fraternity men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activities, encourages them to continue along this line, and inspires others to strive for similar conspicuous attainment; it brings together outstanding fraternity men and women to create an organization which helps to mold the sentiment of the institution on questions of local and intercollegiate fraternity affairs; it brings together members of the faculty, alumni, and student members of the institution’s fraternities and sororities on a basis of mutual interest, understanding and helpfulness; and it creates an atmosphere where ideas and issues can be discussed openly across Greek lines and to help work out solutions.
The Order of Omega induction ceremony was performed by Elizabeth Goff, Kappa Chi Chapter alumna and Graduate Assistant for Campus Programming and Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University.
