The 2010 Undergraduate Summer Workshop will be held June 18 - 20, 2010 at the Greenwood Trails (formerly Delaware Outdoor Adventure Center) in Winsted, CT. All Chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Affiliate Educators are required to attend.

Undergraduate sisters who would like to attend Summer Workshop in addition to the three required chapter officers may do so at an additional cost of $100 per person.

On March 20, 2010 the Board of Director’s approved the revised hosting guidelines for the 2010 President/Treasurer’s Meeting. Complete guidelines will be emailed to all chapter leaders for review. Complete proposals must be received by May 1, 2010 in order to be considered by the Board of Directors.

Per our National Constitution, Article III Section A4: Any alumnae member who is eligible and in good standing must submit her declaration of candidacy and state her objectives to the Executive Director sixty (60) days prior to the National Convention at which members of the Board of Directors are to be elected

On November 7th 2009, the sisters of Kappa Delta Phi National Affiliated Sorority met for their annual President/Treasurer’s meeting which took place on the University of Southern Maine’s Portland campus. Over 100 sisters, undergraduates and alumnae, were present from all over the northeast; Sisters traveled from chapters and colonies in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. Sisters spent the day discussing official business and were able report on news and events from their own chapters.

The 2009 Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Conference is being held in Jacksonville, Florida on December 6-10. As long standing members of AFA, a two member delegation from the Executive Board of Directors has been authorized to attend by the Board of Representatives.
